If you need help with your subscription. Please email [email protected] with your Company ID and your issue from the owner of the Company's email address.

We cannot discuss details without the email verification.

Missed Payments

Don't worry if you miss a payment, if you're a stripe customer, stripe will email you asking you to update your billing information. If you don't complete this within one week of the missed payment, your account will be disabled and your jobs will stop logging until the missed payment is paid and the subscription is restarted.

Discounts

From time to time, Omnibyte Technologies Limited may offer promotions or discounts, Omnibyte has the right to remove discounts at any time and promotions are subject the t&c of the active promotions.
