Upgrading or Downgrading your plan
Depending on how you subscribed to TrackSim depends on how you can upgrade or downgrade.
The system will not allow you to downgrade to a plan which your current driver count doesn't allow for.
Upgrading/Downgrading:
When upgrading via stripe, your card on record will be automatically charged the amount needed.
Upgrades and downgrades happen straight away. We provide prorated refunds for upgrades mid-month.
For Example:
Your on the Lite Plan for £3
a month which started on 1st January. You decide to upgrade to the standard
plan on the 15th January, you have completed 50% of your Lite Plan, therefore 50% will be refunded. In
this case you will be refunded £1.50
.
Your new Standard Plan costs £6
a month, as you're expected to receive a £1.50
refund, this refund
will be taken off your £6
bill. So your card will be charged £4.50
and your new renewal date will
be 15th January.
When downgrading, we do not provide refunds to credit/debt cards so if your on the Pro Plan for £10
a month and downgrade to Lite Plan, if you only use 50% of your Pro Plan, your refund would be £5
.
As your new plan only costs £3
, your card would be charged £0
and your £2
credit would be taken
off your bill next month.
Cancellations are at the end of the billing month. No refunds will be provided.
Charge backs are managed on a case by case basis, and you will be banned from using our services if you incorrectly charge back from your Debt/Credit Card. Please contact our support first. We are here to help!
